Our beautiful conference room is available for rent, which comfortably seats 12-15. Equipped with HDMI and Apple TV to meet your audio and video needs, two glass dry erase boards, a small kitchen for serving, and private bathroom. Dates and times available will depend on availability and run from Monday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00am-6:30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00am-5:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am-6:30pm. 

Rates are $25/hr or $175/day (time beyond 7 hours is included in the price of a full day.)

Room rental rules:

  • No alcohol allowed in the space.

  • No weapons allowed. 

  • Furniture configuration should not be changed.

  • No activities that violate the Mission, Vision and Values of Mission Church. 

  • A hold harmless (liability) form is required to rent the space. It will be sent to you on confirmation of the availability of dates. 

  • Violent, threatening, physically aggressive, or creating a clear safety risk to staff/customers will not be tolerated. 

Please email us only, with the specific date and time you’d like to rent the room, to hubconference@missionchurchmemphis.com. Please allow up to three days for a response to your booking. Please click the link below to make a request to rent the conference room.

Late arrival policy: If you are 30 minutes late to your scheduled arrival time, without calling to give notice, your reservation will be cancelled, and the room will be open to reservations.
